They checked me in promptly and were apologetic about the room mix-up. While the app made me book a 2-room suite for two adults and a baby, when a regular room would have sufficed, the staff offered a complimentary breakfast and a bottle of wine to make up for the inconvenience. The hotel, located not far from the autobahn, is housed in a charming old building, giving it a cozy and welcoming ambiance. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay.

We stayed at a cozy hotel during Christmas that was very accommodating. We had a last-minute reservation and the staff checked us in even though we arrived late at night. the hotel was in a nice old house that added a touch of charm to our stay. Plus, they offered a complimentary breakfast and a delicious bottle of wine from their own winery. I also appreciate the fact that they had great dining options that suited our tastes.
Despite the warm welcome and comfortable ambiance, the hotel fell short in terms of cleanliness. the room was not tidied up properly and there were stains on the bedding.
